Hi, i'm interesting for new version AI but i dont know how to intall this to my HW2. Please!!! explaine me how to do this.

just extract it into your hw2/data directory... und add this command to your shortcut: -overrideBigFile. mine would look like that: "G:\Programme\Homeworld2\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe -overrideBigFile"

And well the AI doesn't seem to work. I have tried severly things but none worked. My first try was a clean install with only the new stargate conflict mod 0.8 or what ever version it is now but the AI still did not work. Anyway awesome new ideas in it! But I have some bugs with it, for example the atlantis textures changes and "flickers" sometimes when I zoom in or out. If I am inside the shield the texture changes once more. Er well and if the french modders would need an german/english scripter, just let me know and sry sry sry again for my english -.-

Of course the two first thing can change if you use vista of an external drive but the important is that the '' doesn't include -overrideBigFile

Because installing the AI version on top of the English version is a surefire way to get yourself in trouble. The AI version is currently a French-only version that you have to install on its own. Your \Data\ directory also has to be clear of any non-.big files before you attempt to play the mod. Also, some species are too buggy for even the AI to handle properly.

If you want to play the AI version in english, you can always make yourself heard in the comments of the ModDB profile, and if there's enough demand I'll work out an early translation instead of waiting for 0.8 to be ready.
